About The Fink Family
John Adam and Millie Berry Fink were known as "Pop" & "Mom" to most everyone. Although John was known as Otts to his siblings & friends. As you see in this family tree Pop had 6 brothers and sisters. Pop's father was one of eight children all born in Baltimore MD USA. Pop's fraternal grandparents immigrated from Germany. Mom was adopted and raised in Baltimore MD USA. Pop and Mom were married on Valentine's day in 1911 and subsequently had seven children. When the children were young Pop and Mom managed a neighborhood "mom & pop" store in Waverly (an area in Baltimore, MD USA). Later while Mom continued to be the homemaker Pop was a silversmith with the Steiff company. He worked for 4 generations at the Steiff company with a break during the 1960's when he worked at Scofield's. As their children married and started having children every Sunday all would gather at Pop & Mom's home to visit and share time together.
